Egg Donor Agencies in India – Video Narration

“Well as per the ICMR guidelines now there is a facilitation agency that recruits egg donors and surrogates and they initially there used to be lot of advertisements that were placed by these agencies and all the regional newspapers in Bombay.

And today our clinic is pretty well known and we have existing donors and their sisters and cousins and friends. So we have huge database of our own with 100 active egg donors and potentially about 2 to 300 donors waiting to get screened into the program.”

The surrogacy doctor states that as per ICMR guidelines a facilitation agency recruits egg donors in India. The egg donor database at the doctor’s clinic currently has around 100 active egg donors and there are approximately 300 more egg donors waiting to get screened. Cost of egg donors in India is also affordable.

The egg donor agencies in India have a database of egg donors from which the couple can choose the egg donor of their own choice. In fact, if a couple wants to see a non-Indian egg donor profile, the agency has a database of such profiles also. The couple can also have the egg donor of their own nationality, they are allowed to select one from their home country. Many times, the couple’s relatives and friends act as an egg donor for them.
