This video shows a leading Indian doctor talking about embryo transfer procedure in surrogacy.
Following is the video narration.
“Embryo transfer after egg collection is usually done on day 2 or day 3. This is what we call as cleavage stage embryos and all our success rates are based on this. We have a very high level lab which is suited to further culturing of the embryos, also this is called as the blastocyst stage. In simple terms this means that these are very robust embryos and they have a very high chance of implanting. This is not something that we do routinely but definitely on request this is something we are able to offer.”
Embryo transfer is a procedure in which the embryo is placed in the female’s uterus with the intent of establishing a pregnancy. The transfer is usually done on day 2 or day 3 of the fertilization.
With India offering an affordable cost of surrogacy at its clinics having cutting edge technology and internationally trained physicians, it has become the choice of many for completing their families.
